Authentic Valentino Originals Maryland Champion Boxing Belt
Fresh out of a estate we recently acquired is this authentic rare Maryland Champion Boxing Belt. We know very little about who the champ was that one this belt as it came from a long time collector. We are guessing from the age it is from the 1970\'s-early 1980\'s. The belt measures around 40\" long from tip to tip and about 8\" tall at the height. The metal makeup of the belt appears to be a cast/brass material makeup. Two of the brass grommets that hold the buckle on are missing the backs. There is also a missing grommet from the let triangle plate of the belt. On the crown of the belt it is missing some stones. The belt is rather heavy weighing about 6lbs in total weight. The belt was made by Phil Valentino one of the originators of the boxing belts and is marked on the buckle \"Valentino Original\". The belt shows wear from use and storage and is being sold as is. The belt is in overall good condition with solid material. The main material of the non metal is leather with black fabric on the back. We are not experts on boxing merchandise but have yet to find another like this on the public market. Please see pictures as what you see is exactly what you will receive.
