This is a vintage wargame made by Avalon Hill called 1776 The Game of the American Revolutionary War. This is from my fathers estate. He ran a Hobby Shop from the 1960;s thru the early 1980\'s. The copyright on this item is 1974. This game was never played and die markers are unpunched. - the game is complete except for the on die. Please note the one die is missing. This game includes the following : a 16 X 44 four section, full color map board depicting colonial America from Quebec to Georgia. 2 sets of die cut troop counters (unpunched). One Terrain effects chart - 2 sets of 8 Tactical combat cards. - a 32 page rules and designers booklet 32 pages. Games comes with : Basic Game Combat Results Table - scenario # 1 Invasion of Canada - Scenario #2 Saratoga Campaign 1777scenario #3 Greene\'s Southern Campaign 1780- scenario # 4 Virginia- Yorktown Campaign 1781 . There is a 1776 Campaign simulation reinforcement/time record chart and a advanced game combat results table. Please Note: Box has very heavy shelfwear due to age and storage. Please refer to pictures. Contents in very good condition but please note again - the 1 die is missing.
