Vintage Roman Catholic Priests Cassock, with Shoulder Cape. HIGH QUALITY finely tailored, wool twill material, no holes or stains. Has 30 front buttons that are well used and worn ranging in color from black to brown, but all present. Nice shoulder cape, lined in green twill. Two back pockets concealed in the pleat (one image I wrote pocket on some paper next to it so you can see where it is). Used, but not abused. The quality is evident in handling the garment.

Only minor detraction\'s such as one button missing from inside, and one from each exterior sleeve, and there might have been a double hook at the neck, now one. ALL MINOR.. Nice style, all original vintage! . Wonderful item that displays well. Sold as-is no returns.

The cassock (or soutane) comes in a number of styles, though no particular symbolism attaches to these.
