Description:Here we have a wonderful antique large stoneware Chemical Bottle/Jug with a screw-on lid top marked in black, \"BERK B CHEMICALS ~ F.W. BERK & Co.LTD. ~ LONDON ENGLAND\" and incised, \"B ~ DOULTON & Co. ~ LIMITED ~ LAMBETH.\" It measures approx. 14 1/2\" high x 9 3/4\" in diameter, and is in good to very good maintained (used) condition commensurate with it\'s age showing a minor bottom edge chip sliver and expected bottom scuff marks from movement, handling and from age...all of which are not offensive. Came from a well cared for private collection of many years, however the exact age is unknown. This item weighs approx. 15 3/4 lbs., add 3 1/4 lbs. or so for the packing box and packing material.
