A beautiful20 C.ImpressionistWatercolorby the important Artist,Bette Vogt(20th Century, Buffalo, N.Y.),who according to the estate paperwork is listed in Davenport\'s and Mallett. She apparently painted this great piece while at her home in Tucson and it reflects the wonderful colors of the Southwest during Spring or Fall. ThiswonderfulPainting, which came out of a collection which I inherited, haswonderfulfeel andperspective. It is signed in the lower left and is in excellent condition. TheFrameis inwonderful condition and the back has her label on the back in the lower left. This within it\'s mattingand with the frame it measures26 3/8inches by20 3/8inches. Thisvery sweet20th C.Impressionist Watercolorwould enhanceany Beautiful Home.I priced it much lower than it\'s probably worth today; it was worth $500 over 15 years ago (her works then sold at sale for between $400 to $800). I can only hope it goes to a great home and the money will help a dear older friend with medical issues. Thank you for viewing thisgreat Painting, have a wonderful day and be good to one another!Note: I would greatly appreciate a 5 star rating, being that judgessellers with this system and charges more to sellers who don\'t maintain this rating and it also effects the placement of our listings; I describe the items as they are, give a detailed condition report and mention all damage, if any at all; I ask that you keep in mind that antiques and vintage items in good condition will usually show a small amount of wear, as expected, due to their age, which is why I may call something excellent condition, very good condition, good condition or fair condition, but I will not call something pristine or mint, unless it has never been used or handled and shows no wear, due to age and handling; I will ship within1 day of your paying for the item, if not sooner; I will answer all questions, so don\'t hesitate to ask (there are no silly questions); I am happy to add more photos, though I tend to putthe maximum in the listing, so as to show all the detail of the antique, jewelry or Art; when it comes to shipping, I usually pay for it and if I charge anything for some reason, I only charge for a portion of theactual shipping charges (I don\'tcharge for box, bubble wrap, insurance ordelivery confirmation) and if we save any money at all on shipping, I will refund that amount to you; should the shipping cost more than you are charged, I will absorb the added cost andit\'ll be my gift to you; should something be damaged in shipment, all I ask is that you contact meright away and then take the item and it\'s original packaging back to the Post Office for inspection, at which time I will refund your moneyand make you whole, prior to my getting the insurance settlement (fortunately we pack everything extremely well). Therefore, if you are dissatisfied with your purchasein any way or if you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible, so we can work together toward a positive solution. I, upon receiving your response, will reciprocate! I believe, as my mentor says: \"We were placedon this Earthto see one another through - not to see through one another\" and I want everyone to have a very positive buying experience and hopefully add me to their favorites list.
