This is a chunky vintage Art Deco French Rousselet necklace. The necklace is made from opaque glass beads alternating with faceted red glass beads with brass spacer beads suspended on a brass chain. The length is approx 455mm including thecharacteristic largeornate catch. The largest bead is approx 16mm in diameter, the smallest opaque bead is approx 8mm in diameter. The necklace would date to the early 20th century. Thenecklaceis in very good vintage condition.
