This listing is for a brand new Hermes Birkin 35cm Epsom in Bleu Agate. This bright, but not too bright blue shade sits somewhere between Bleu Saphir and Bleu Paradis on theHermèscolor chart.
The bag is 100% store new. It comes in its original box, with clochette/lock/keys, original hardware plastic covering, protective cloth (pictured), dustbag, rain coat and box stuffing. We will also include personal-information-redacted store receipt.
Please note the blind date stamp is located on the interior of the bag, not the back of the sangle. This change by Hermes was made in 2015-2016. The stamp on this bag reads \"AMS 143 BF\" with the beginning letter \"A\" with no shape indicating the bag is from 2017.TheHermèsBirkin bag is a classic, beautiful and timeless work of art. - Togo: Made from a calf, Togo is a popular leather because it holds its shape well and has good scratch resistance. Togo is lighter than Clemence leather and also holds its shape better.
- Swift: This leather as a micro grain and is soft-to-touch. However, special care needs to be taken, as it’s more prone to leather is an embossed leather, which means that the pattern pressed into the leather is not the actual grain, giving the bag a laminated appearance that is rigid and structured. This type of leather maintains its shape well and is very resilient to scratches.
- Box calf: The oldest ofHermèsleather types, this has the smoothest finish and glossiest look. Be careful, however,as water can stain the leather and scratches show easily - which can add to its charm.
- Clemence: This type provides a relaxed and less rigid look. It is made from baby bull, making it strong and durable (and slouchier). Similar to Togo leather, Clemence has a wider & flatter grain and is on the softer side for leather.
- Chevre: This leather is made from goat hide and is quite scratch resistant, while also being lightweight. It maintains its shape well, due to its light skin bags (porosus, marked with‘^’ and niloticus, marked with‘••’) are among the most coveted and valuable items produced byHermès.
Alligator skin bags (marked with‘◻’) are similar to crocodile, but have a more patterned look.
