Free shipping on almost everything.*

Regular orders ship within 2-4 business days, depending on the time the order is received, and arrive within 5-10 business days.

Made to Order Braided Rugs : Typically ship within 10 business days.

Oversized Items: Up to 10 business days to ship and 1-4 weeks for delivery via LTL Trucking Services.

We use all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Customers cannot specify the carrier of their choice.

Return Policy Standard Return Policy: Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment.

Q: Can I pick up the item?
A: At this time, we do not accept local pick-ups

Q: Are the colors accurate?
A: We try to depict the items as accurately as possible. However, color settings on monitor can make a difference in what you see online and what you receive. Sometimes, we offer our rugs in smaller sizes if you want to try out the colors before ordering a larger piece.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was damaged in transit.

Q: I received the wrong item, what do I do?
A: If you believe you received the incorrect item, simply send us a message with photographs of the incorrect item and we will guide you on how to return it for a replacemnet or refund

Q: When will I be refunded for a return?
A: We refund orders within 1-2 days of receiving the item back.

Q: Do you offer a pick-up service?
A: We can schedule a Fedex pick up, issue a pre-paid Fedex label to you if requested. The cost of the service request would be invoiced separately.

Q: What is your warranty on the rugs?
A: Area rugs in general do not come with a warranty. However, we as a company offer a 90-day defect warranty of all of the rugs we sell.

Q: Do you price-match?
A: At this time, we cannot price match our items. We offer an offer option on most of our listings.
