This exquisite teacup hand panted by a Russian artist (signed: A. Vorobievsky), was brought over from Russia in 1989. On display all these years, therefore in perfect, like new condition.24k gold and intricate \"Arabesque\" design.

This beautiful piece was produced at the Imperial Porcelain Factory in St. Petersburg, Russia. Until recently, the workshop was known by its Soviet name, the “Lomonosov Porcelain Factory.” Since 1744, its artists have been creating fine china and figurines that truly are imperial. Clay is molded and fired at high temperatures, then hand painted to produce long-lasting quality dishware and figurines. Imperial Porcelain Factory is the most recognized and renowned name in Russian porcelain production. Their work is highly sought after.
