Here is a lovely, antique, fine porcelain collectible plate from Beyer and Bock of Prussia. The plate is decorated beautifully with delicate, and colorfulred/orange poppies and gold trim around the edge. There are highlights painted, it appears, after firing that give a bit of 3 dimensional look...nice! The stamp on the back says \"Hand Painted\" and has the word Prussia with a crown and B beneath it. I\'ve read that Beyer and Bock founded a porcelain decorating company in 1890 in Volkstedt, Thuringia, Prussia, which later used the name Royal Rudolstadt. The plate has a diameter of 8 1/2 inches. It is an antique and has some wear (see photos) but is very beautiful and would be a lovely addition to any plate collection. I am not an expert regarding collectible plates. I appreciate any comments that will help me know more about this plate. Thanks!
