Offered is a beautiful Edwardian period antique carved shell cameo brooch pendant combo. It features a lady in full face presentation in high relief. Wonderful color contrast to subject and background, and the carving is fine and well detailed. It is framed in a beveled and double wired and beaded frame which is not marked but tests as 14k gold. It has a trombone clasp and a bale for use as a pendant as well as a brooch. This piece measures 1 5/8\" by 1 5/16\" and weighs 10.9 grams. It is in very good antique used condition.
