For your consideration is this beautiful antique tortoise shell notebook with ivory pages. Both the case and 4 ivory pages in excellent condition with very small mm size roughness at top edge of tortoiseshell cover. Remarkable condition considering the delicate material and age of this wonderful piece.

A beautiful small "notebook"; faint notes can be seen on several of the ivory sheets. These have been wiped away by the prior owner leaving small traces of the past.

Front of notebook is decorative with initials carved in a beautiful scroll design. The initials appear to be “TW”. Notebook has a nice tortoiseshell loop can be hung on chain, etc..

Measurements: 3 ¼” height including top loop, 1 ¾” length at bottom (widest).
