Description.

A beautifully design Hanau Germanminiature 800 silver cream jug. It is hallmarked with the crescent moon andcrown state symbols introduced in 1886 along with the 800 standard mark and themakers mark of Simon Rosenau. I would date it to c1900.

Condition.

It has abeautiful design being embossed with cherub scenes. It is in superb conditionbeing free from dings splits holes and repairs.

It measures over 3.25 inches(8.5cms) across from spout to handle 2 inches (5cms) to the top of the handle andweighs 51 grams.
