Suffolk Watch Co. really only existed for several months in 1901. It was a transition company of Columbia Watch Co. (Waltham, MA). Son-in-law of Columbia Watch Co. founder, Donald Locke purchased the company and turned around and sold it several months later to United States Watch Co. (after its purchase byPhiladelphia Watch Case Co.). Machinery and workers moved to U.S. Watch factory after it was enlarged.

It produced hunting cased Size 0 7 jewel watches. Its pocket watch production was very small
