A large and strikingPilkingtons Royal Lancastrian vase. The vase sits on a rounded foot that supports a bulbous body before giving way to a relatively narrow neck and rim.The piece is decorated with asuperb Ruskin like\'Souffle\' type glaze that results in a delightful explosion ofcascading colour. To the base is the Royal Lancastrian England impressed mark and the impressed number2501.
