These are a superb
MATCHING PAIR OF
ART NOVEAU
DOOR FINGER PLATES.
In my estimation they date from the late 19th Century, circa 1880-1900, but please make up your own mind about this.
The finger plates measure approx11 3/4 inches (298mm) long by2 7/8 inches (73mm) wide, and are made from solid brass.
They are decorated with deep, embossed, Art Nouveau designs and are in very good condition.
They arevery fine examples of their type and they would make beautiful decorative features, or be a great addition to any collection.
