HOW IT WORKS

Purchase this listing and send me your customization information in the Notes to Seller Area at checkout.
If your order includes a photo please send us the photo by attaching in message. Please include your name or order number.

After your order is placed we will create and print your order within 1 business day. If you request a proof, you can expect to receive a proof within 1-2 business days. After your approval we will start the printing process.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Shipping take 2-3 days by USPS Priority Mail. We are shipping from zip code 60101.
All posters and prints are shipped rolled in a sturdy cardboard shipping box.

What type of paper do you print on?

All posters and prints are printed on genuine HP Gloss Photo Paper. The paper has a gloss coating and produces deep blacks and vivid color. It is water-resistant and it’s thickness is 7.4 mil. (0.19558 mm). The poster can be easily framed (you may need to trim the edges) or hung up with tape.

Return Policy

What if I receive my order damaged?

Please open your package as soon as you receive it. If you should receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately. We will advise you on the next steps to take in order to rectify the situation. Typically we require pictures of the tube/box and the damaged products before anything is reprinted and reshipped.

Do you accept returns?

All our items are custom printed to order so we are unable to accept returns, but we will do returns for defective or damaged orders that is caused by the delivery service. Before ANY returns, please contact us.
