Description:Antique R. Blackinton & Co., North Attleboro, Mass, sterling silver .925, acid etched, figural animal scenes, baby child\'s nursery saucer plate,which is NOT monogrammed. There is quite a bit of animal activity on this piece, & scenes include cats drinking milk, bunny rabbits eating carrots, chickens & chicks, ducks, a turkey, two puppy dogs, bowl of bones, & a cat hissing at a puppy dog. The plate is marked on the bottom with the Blackinton Hallmark, sterling & 221. The plate measures approximately 1/2 inch tall, 5 3/4 inches wide, & weighs approximately 3.425 ozt. The plate is in used antique estate condition with some issues as follows;NO REPAIRS. THERE IS SOME SCRATCHING, A DENT ON THE SIDE OF THE RIM BETWEEN BUNNY AND CHICKEN, MAINLY SEEN FROM THE BOTTOM, SOME SMALL DING DENTS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PLATE, SOME SMALL DINGS ON THE BOTTOM, AND WEAR WHICH IS CONSISTENT WITH THE AGE OF A BELOVED CHILD\'S PIECE.
