I bought this dress at an estate sale. I believe it is vintage, but it still has the original tag. It is a women\'s Medium, made in India of 100% cotton. Chest measurement is 42\". The waist has elastic in it, along with a belt with huge metal buckle. Dress bodice buttons down front with metal buttons. Waist stretches to 36. Waist to bottom of dress is 36\", and the skirt is very full. I\'m guessing this is from the 80\'s, it has shoulder pads. This is a top quality dress. At this time I do not ship outside of the United States.
