In box is a Sears Disney Magic - Magic Kingdom Collection - Main Street City Hall. This is a lighted ceramic building which measures 5-1/4\" by slightly under 3-3/4\" at the base, and about 5-1/2\" tall. It is in the original box. I have noted it as used as the box was open, but the corded lightbulb had not been placed into the unit, so I placed it in for photos and will leave it that way for shipping. The building is an ivory color with a tan cobblestone rim around the bottom, and brick red bricks with brown roofing. The sign on the front says \"Disneyland City Hall\". The design goes all around the building. Though it is pre-owned, it is in excellent condition, and the light is working as shown in the picture. The bottom has a painted logo of Tinkerbell over Cinderella\'s castle, and it says \"Disney Magic - 1988 The Walt Disney Company - 1988 Sears - Made in Japan\". There are 4 felt pads on the bottom to keep from scratching furniture. A fold out flyer is included that depicts the items that Sears sold in the collection.
