This beautiful costume is in very good condition. The top layer looks like crushed velvet, but is actually a lighter weight material.Under that is a thick layer of foam. The top layer is detached a little from the foam, but you can\'t tell, because it sticks to the foam so well.
The top has Hebrew wording that says \"Sefer Torah\" (Torah Scroll), followed by the letters Kaf and Tav which stand for Keser Torah (Torah crown) and under that is a picture of the Holy Tablets known as Luchot.
As you can see, some of the fringes aren\'t perfectly straight, you can try to straighten them, but it was worn as is and still looks beautiful.
The top is a pretty wide cut, so it fits many sizes. I\'m listing it as a Size 12-14, but a petite adult tried it on and it fit, so I\'m guessing it will fit a Size 14-16 as well.
It also comes with a faux fur trimmed hat. The hat has gold colored ribbons that are a little bent. you can probably straighten them out by pulling them and pinning them down, or use the hat as is. I\'ve lowered the price accordingly.
