Normally I sell classical vinyl record albums

On occasion, however, I also sell other collectible itemswhich might be of interest to folks on . This time it\'s a ballpoint-and-mechanical-pencil set in its original box, which includes a cleaning cloth and a small instruction booklet. I\'m guessing the set is from the late \'50s or early \'60s. The Bradley Company specialized in providing customers with writing instruments which could be custom engraved or adorned with a company logo. The company got into trouble with the Cross Pen Company over the name of the model of one of Bradley\'s writing instruments. Why the company didn\'t get into trouble over its Cross look-a-like writing instruments, I do not know.

Frankly, the Bradley pen and pencil set I\'m offering looks as good, if not better, than their Cross counterparts. Their condition is excellent; actually near mint. The finish on them is virtually flawless. They would look very swank indeed ensconced in a dress-shirt pocket or a tuxedo jacket pocket. I\'ve attached a picture of a writing sample for both items. The original box has a slight stain on one side, but other than that the box is in excellent condition.
