This is a set of two (2) Vintage Greyhound Whippet Brass statues; one (1) adult and one (1) puppy. Typically, the Whippet is offered as a single adult dog. It is unique to see a set of Whippets let alone an adult and a puppy. They would look wonderful in your den, smoking room, garden, next to your fireplace or in a foyer. There are many places to show off this beautiful pair. They would also make a great gift. They\'re in good condition. There are no cracks, breaks or repairs. They\'ve been stored in a three (3) season sun porch at the same family residence in Grand Rapids, Michigan since the 1950\'s. The moisture in the sun porch caused the brass to attain a nice, rich, staggered patina. The whippets have been left in their original condition, but could be polished if one so desired.
