Vintage, brass, belt buckle with a Star, Hammer and Sickle in the center. There is a makers stamp on the tab on the back side. My best guess is that it dates to the WWII era. It won\'t fit on a standard American belt because the tab is 3/4\" wide (instead of the usual round nub).
