Payment

We only accept PayPal, no exceptions. Even local pickups have to be paid in full through PayPal.

Shipping

We do not ship to PO Boxes! If your account is set to send products to a PO Box, please inform us of a physical address in which we may send your product.

We ship most items through FedEx. However, we may change the mailing service from FedEx to USPS or UPS without prior notification. We will inform you of the change and send you the new tracking number when available.

We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. However, a surcharge will be added, which you will be responsible for paying prior to shipping. Surcharge varies upon location the product is being shipped to. Please contact prior to purchase to calculate surcharge.

We can not use your shipping account or allow you to arrange your own shipping except for Freight shipments.

We are not responsible if your address were to change after you buy the product or if you enter your address incorrectly. If an item is deemed undeliverable by the delivery service you will be responsible for the cost to resend the product and any other additional costs that may come with it.

If a product is marked for local pickup and you were to want to have it shipped you will inherit any andall costs and responsiblyof the product between the time of pickup and delivery. All payments must be paid for in full before the product will be allowed to ship.

LOCAL PICKUP:

Only items specified as local pickup will be allowed to be picked up in person. If the product is not paid for through PayPal, cash payment will be required upon picking up product. No exceptions. No Returns on Local Pickups. You may inspect the item for defects and functionality at pick-up.

Our pickup time is typically Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm. Pickups are by appointment only, please contact us and let us know when and who will be picking up the product. Other pickup times may be arranged. If you show up unannounced there is a good chance you will be waiting over 30 minutes to receive the item. This is not an actual store.

If a product is marked for local pickup and you are wanting to have it shipped you will inheritany and all costs and responsibilityof the product between the time of pickup and delivery. All payments must be paid for in full before the product will be allowed to ship.

We will not pay shipping on any product being shipped internationally. The buyer will pay all costs and take all responsibility for international shipment. No returns will be accepted on international product. Our electronic products are for standard US outlets unless specified otherwise. We are not responsible for any conversion costs.

COMBINED SHIPPING:

Unless specified by a buyer we will package all the products to ensure the lowest shipping cost. Combined shipping is only applicable if the buyer where to purchase multiple items on the same day and when we deem worthy.

Terms of Sale

Unless item is specified to have an original factory seal, the product may be opened to inspect the quality of the product. A result from this could be fingerprints, dust or light dirt, or even light marks. Also, the product may not be positioned exactly like the manufacture had it in the package.

We will try to ship all of our product in the original box. If the product comes with the original box it may have the possibility of being torn, taped, or distressed in some way. If the box is too distressed we will dispose of it and ship the product in a new box.

Returns are accepted within 14 days upon delivery of the product. Returns on some items may vary, please be sure to review shipping tab carefully.

Any new in box items opened will incur a restocking fee of 20%.

Shipping is nonrefundable in most cases and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless electronics are dead upon arrival.
