A charming, heavy bronze of a child and dog titled \"Can\'t You Talk\". This is solid bronze, no white metal. It is signed by the artist, G. Ferrad and is in excellent condition, save for a couple of TINY shallow fleabites on the edge of the marble. You only realize that\'s what they are when you run your finger along the edge of the marble, they are very shallow and I only mention them for good order\'s sake.The age is unknown but it does not have that new brown look so it is certainly a vintage piece with some age to it.This is a beautiful bronze in excellent condition. The green marble base measures approximately 7-1/2\"W x 3-1/2\"D and the bronze itself is 6-1/2\"W x 4-3/4\"H. Overall height is approximately 5-1/2\". It is quite substantial. The statue weighs 4-1/2 lbs (ship weight is almost 5lbs).A lovely gift or collectors item for the dog or bronze lover.Thank you for visiting idealshoppe.
