It is signed by its artist \"James R.\".The piece is in good shape but does contain flaws. The marble base contains numerous minor scratches scattered throughout. And the bottom of the base is linty.The bronze portion contains numerous minor imperfections scattered throughout in the form of a faint rough texture, indentations, and what looks like faint white dust stuck inside these flaws.
