Both are Fully Embroidered Patches (solid)
Both are in Excellent Mint Condition
Both Patches have the same text: ORANGE COUNTY COUNCIL FOS FRIENDLY 2012
The gold color mylar border patch measures approximately 64 mm tall by 138 mm wide
The gold color plain border patch measures approximately 63 mm tall by 135-6 mm wide
Both have BSA 2010 100 YEARS OF SCOUTING plastic backing
On the production sticker it is handwritten 46/102
