This is an excellent example of a fairly uncommon original 1930\'s space toy.
It is in very good condition with no missing parts or tabs.
However, as you can see, the barrel carries the requisite \"Orange Blaze\", as descried in the description of US laws regarding replica or toy guns, quoted below:

This is direct quote.Also, in addition to the \"Orange Blaze\", the photo of the barrel clearly shows the blockage that was manufactured into it 80 years ago.This cannot be altered to fire a projectile of any kind. What\'s more, if you did TRY to do so, the thin steel barrel would explode in your face. LOL
As you can see, this is an actual photo of this TOY, in high detail, in its entirety, from multiple angles, not a \"stock photograph\".
It is quite clear that the \"Orange Blaze\" is a real part of this TOY and not digitally added in.
