This is a pre-owned Byers\' Choice The Carolers 1994 police officer/bobby/constable/cop. He is holding a whistle and hiding a present behind his back, and he has a billy club attached to his belt. His coat and pants are navy blue, and his cap, belt, and shoes are black.Overall, this caroler is in good condition, but there are a few notable flaws (see photos). First, there are some chips in the base. Next, there are a couple of spots on the hat that look like dried glue. Lastly, the hat has come unglued from his head, but it can easily be reglued.We have a smoke-free home.
