This c.1890 decorative gold plate over silver champleve enameled spoon is designed in distinct mulit-colors. The spoon is marked \'88\' and \'AK\' (Antip Kuzmichev). The back of the egg shaped spoon bowl is completely covered with beautifull scroll and flower motif designs. The twisted handle follows the version of the colors and design from the back of the spoon. The front bowl of the spoon has a continued partial design from the back along with the same patterns of the handle on the back. The spoon measures approx 8\" long and at its widest point on the bowl of the spoon is 1 3/4\". The spoon is 72.27 grams. All items are sold as is.
