This ring comes from my personal collection. I have collected Southwestern jewelry since the 1970\'s. I\'ve had this ring for quite a long time.
I think this ring looks like it\'s surrounded by a beautiful starburst. It features starlike silver drops that have been hand stamped. They run down thecenter and around the perimeterof the ring. This sleeping beautyturquoise is set on a foundation of heavy gauge sterling silver. The small turquoiseshape is called petit point whichtypically is pointed at oneend androunded on the other. This ring has the \"C Tsipa\" hallmark, identified as Carlos Tsipa,Zuni.I have hand polished thisring with a soft cloth to a soft shine. Thatis the beauty of sterling silver, it will become dark and can be polished back toa brilliantshine time after time.
