The Plates

My plates are medium sized pro-grade quality plates. They are a flexible nylon material - I use these because they don\'t crack like the old ones did when you accidentally overtighten the screws! They are slightly larger than the old standard size plates you find in older homes. They fit the same switch openings, they just cover the walls a little better, hiding some imperfections on the wall cut-out.

I hand decorate them using various materials. They are sealed with two types of medium, resulting in a glossy clear coat that will protect the finish against normal wear. They should last for years to come with proper care!

All covers are hand decorated. These are not mass produced. The line-up of images will vary on every switchplate, no two plates turn out the same! I try my best to match the designs up with the space available on the plate, avoiding cutting off important parts of the design! I have seen some plates that strategically place character heads on plug covers - mine will line up on the plate so the covers will be self contained.

Please double check your current plate type before ordering. This is a custom made item, and I do not offer refunds. If you order the wrong type of switch, you are welcome to order the right type, and can sell the wrong one back on !

For ordering multiple items, do not pay for any of your items yet. Order everything you need separately. When you are finished shopping, send me a quick message and I will get you a new invoice with combined shipping cost on it within 48 hours.

I ship within USA and Canada. I run to the post office several times per week, i\'m pretty quick with shipping!

With my custom made items, please allow 7 days from the time your payment is recieved for them to be made. There is a process to making them - they require a lot of trimming and painting, and need time to dry in between coats. Please be patient with me!
