For sale is an originalCarte de Visite (CDV) portrait ofan older man with thinning hair and a long chin beard wearing a dark jacket, vest and white shirt.

Photographer information on the backstamp "W. P. Bennet, Peter McLaren, Diamond Gallery, On First Floor, Opposite the Post Office, Marietta, Ohio". On an internet search, I found them at that address in the early 1870s.

2 3/8" x 3 7/8", mounted on light cream-coloredcardboard with red double borders on front. The overall style and weight of card help date this to the 1860s.

Condition: Good. There is some soiling on front andback. Light edge and corner wear.Please ask any questions about condition before purchase. Thanks for looking!
