Original Desk / Table lamp designed by Charlotte Perriand for Jumo in the 1930s and manufactured in France. The semi sphericalshade is made of chrome. The stem is made of achrome rod and ends with of the famous Perriand counterbalance system. The heavy base is made ofcast iron with a chrome cover. The original switch is on the base.

The lamp is in goodconditionand in full working order. The chrome base presents age relatedscratches, marks and blemishes (please see pictures). However, these do notdetract from the overall look of the piece. The lamptakesononnet bulb and has been re-wired and earthed. As with all vintage electricalequipment, it is advisable to haveit checked by a qualified electrician.
