The sale is for two lifting eyes as fitted fore and aft to many of the classic vintage Chris Craft wooden runabouts.The eyes are in bronze metal and chrome plated. They come complete with chromed bronze deck escutcheon castings that nicely finish the hole for the fastener. They are believed to be Algonac Brass Works items made for Chris Craft in around 1948.
The two fittings have slightly different dimensions. One has a 2 13/32\'\' diameter ring and the fitting is 3 3/4\" tall.The second fitting has a 2 1/2\" diameter ring and is 3 7/8\" tall. Both fittings are tapped 5/8\" UNF.
The escutcheon trim plates are 2\" diameter.
