THERE IS NO BATTLE NEWS BUT SOME COMMENTS ABOUT THE REGIMENT AND THE PROSPECTS FOR BEING TRANSPORTED TO THE WAR ZONE. ONE OF THELETTERS APPARENTLY CONTAINS A SPECIAL CODE BETWEEN THE SOLDIER AND HIS WIFE. THE OVERALL CONDITION IS GOOD.
