This card comes from the album of Mary Willis Wheeler wife ofLt. Col. John B. Wheeler with the 13th KS Cavalry He was mustered into service for 3years. In the census, he was also listed as a physician.
The carte de visite has hand written pencilidentification by Miss Wheeler.
