Itcomes with witch mask - original rubber strap, yellow cape adorned with black cat, bats, spider and the Wicked Witch, and the red witches skirt with elastic waist - 16\" to 24\"..Both the skirt and cape has original tags still attached and colors are very vivid, This costume is in excellent condition as is the Box still has original cellophane front... Very rare vintage Halloween costumeand box to find in this condition.
