This came from one persons collection. It\'s a beautiful 14\" round Couroc Phoenix bird rising from the flames of Funeral Pyre, \" Immortality\" .
Each Couroc design is a one of a kind creation by a member of the Monterey Bay world famous art community. Each piece of a Couroc design is painstakingly hand inlaid. No 2 trays are exactly alike . Each has its own character. Finished designs are permanently fused into Couroc.s own phenolic resign material under heat and thousands of pounds of pressure. Repeated buffing results in the unique lusterand burnish satin blackness that distinguishes every Couroc product. Couroc designs include Abalone shells and sea plants from Monterey Bay , as well as coins , metals and woods from around the world. Enduring beauty! Boiling water or alcohol can\'t harm a Couroc tray.
To clean just wipe with mild soap on a cloth , rinse and dry.
