Canton porcelain canister
well decorated all around
surfaces have traditional orange peel texture on the sides
Hard to find in any size and especially rare in the large size
5 3/8\" across and 6\" tall with lid.
Quing dynasty most likely circa 1840 but definitely pre 1880.
perfect condition with no chips, cracks or crazing
one side has some yellow underglaze which was often seen in Canton porcelain of the period
Lid is flat and fits well
