In totally original condition.
Probably brought back from India in the 1900s,great heavy detailed carving of vines,flowers and foliage.
Originally would of been a fold up table,but has been glued and secured with screws.But will be posted as is,and leave to new owner..
This table is quality made,with a nice weight of 4.7 kilos,indicating a hard wood of some kind,probably padouk wood or teak.Will display superbly in any period or contemporary setting.
Will look amazing with nice jardinere and plant or displaying a favourite antique.The table is in good used antique condition.
The table stands very solid and true with minor movement.
In good overall condition for age, has minor marks hear and there,Carving is good with one chip to one leg as in photo.And small repair at bottom where original hinge was situated.The table has some dirt in recesse, scorch marks on top edges and does need a clean/rub down and wax to bring back to its true original beauty.But is perfectly usable as is.
Totally original.Good heavy piece.All photos taken in good daylight.
