This time you play as a member of the Ecclesia, an organization that has sworn to defeat the evil forces of Dracula. 2. OPENED ITEMS... that were ordered in error or are no longer wanted - Maximum 50% refund since item must be resold as used. Note: Opened software is NOT returnable.
3. WRONG ITEM SENT... return for a refund or replacement (buyer's choice).
4. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT... return for a replacement (same title only) or a refund if a replacement is unavailable. Item defect is verified upon return.
