The Holy Relic is In Cased in an ornate Brass Metal Reliquary Theca Type locket that is under glass for viewing in which the Holy Relic is clearly visible and label inside reads \" S. Clementis I. P.M. \".
The Reliquary Theca Measures 1.25\" diameter by .25\" deep / thick and is waxed sealed on back with General Postulators signet. Both threads and seal are intact / unbroken.
The Documentation of Authenticity is signed, embossed with signet that matches that on reliquary theca and dated ( 1969 ). Measures 8.50\" tall by 11.50\" long. The Documentation declares what Holy Relic is and reads \" Ex Vestimentis \" and Name \" S. Clementis, Papae et Mart. \".
