This item is a sterling silver St. Christopher medalgifted for sale to the Chaplain by a WWII GI who wore it in the EuropeanCampaign.

It is 1.25 inches in diameter, and weighs 8 grams of silver, and is hallmarked as youcan see in the photographs.
