Born in Puerto San Julian (Santa Cruz Province), 23 January 1948. Son of Mary Angelica and César Kidron - creator of Minera aluminé, who led Srock Market a long time. In 1952, the family settle in Buenos Aires.
Studied at the Faculty of Architecture and the Faculty of Arts - Art History - at the University of Buenos Aires (1967-1973) and could not complete by repeated expulsions, applied during the dictatorships, in his capacity as a student leader.
He trained as an artist in Encouragement of Fine Arts (1967-1973), and attended the workshop Raul Lara from 1967 to 68. From 1972 to date, he has been conducting exhibitions in the country. A part has murals and permanent exhibits at: Faculty of Engineering (University of Buenos Aires), National Atomic Energy Commission, Auditorium of the Bank of the City of Buenos Aires and at the Cultural Center of Cooperation, along with those who carried out Carlos Alonso, Rodolfo Campodonico, Gorriarena Carlos and Luis Felipe Noé, declared Cultural Heritage Department of Culture of the City of Buenos Aires. His work also are in the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes.
He was an illustrator for Culture and Nation newspaper Clarin (1993-1995), in special editions of the magazine La Maga (1995-96), and the magazine Crossroads of the National University of Buenos Aires (No. 17, March 2002). In 2005 he coordinated and healed the deluxe edition of Don Quixote de la Mancha, whith Carlos Alonso, Guillermo Roux, Daniel Santoro, Mildred Burton, Jorge Alvaro, Alicia Carleti, Norberto Onofrio, Armando Sapia, Raul Ponce Diana Doweck, Luis Scafatti and Silvina Benguria.
In 2010, he participated with other artists in the illustration of the book \"Right to Memory\" - on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, published by the National University of Lanus, and participated in the illustrations of the folder in memory Miguel Hernandez, Bow editions, sponsored by Embassy of Spain and Argentina Society of Writers (SADE).
He directed several cultural magazines and made notes for the Southern Daily (1990-1991), and was a columnist for Art and Supplement Part Clarin Zone (2003). Since 2004 collaborates with notes of visual arts in the cultural magazine Caras y Caretas, and a columnist since 2010 visual arts \"Very good program,\" on National Radio, AM 870.Also was the founder of the department Visual ideas Cultural Center of Cooperation (1998-2003), and director and curator with Luis Felipe Noé its exhibition space. Also since 2003 he is artistic adviser in the Buenos Aires City Legislature and Coordinator of Caras y Caretas Cultural Center Visual Arts.
He is the author and editor of art books: Twelve artists in search of a text (1990), Color (1991) and Latin American Art: Territory of Utopia (1992). Books besides being the creator and editor, co-authored texts with Alberto Collazo, Fermin Fevre, Miguel Briante, Alberto Giudici, and in which other artists participated: Raul Soldi, Leopoldo Presas, Luis Felipe Noé, León Ferrari, Josefina Robirosa, Ricardo Carpani, Minujin.
Since 2003 it is cultural artistic adviser to the Buenos Aires City Legislature. He urged the Metropolitan Fund of Culture, which governs in Buenos Aires since 2004; He was also one of the managers in the realization of the pension for writers in the Buenos Aires area, fruit of the law project of the late Elvio Vitali and had the support and development of the Argentine Society of Writers (SEA).
