This is an interesting item from the era of Chairman Mao Badges 1966 to 1972. I do not read Chinese so am limited to what I can make out on the internet. The Institute dates from the struggles between the Nationalist Kuomintang and Communistagrarians in the Guangdong (Canton) Province in theSouth.
