Return Policy

NorthernLiquidatorswill accept returns for products purchased from us within14 days from when the buyer receives the item for a refund under the following conditions:

Only the purchase price of the product is refundable, shipping charges are not refundable.Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with Free Shipping, it means that we are paying the freight on behalf of the Customer. In this case if that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund.
If the goods are not defective, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. All new merchandise must be returned sealed in original packaging as received.
We will have the cost of return shipping deducted from your refund, unless the return is a result of our error (ie.wrong item shipped).
All damaged item claims, dead on arrival claims & shortage claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery or the claim may be voided.
