RETIRED PIECE. Hard to Find!

A fine addition to your Alice in Wonderland’s Cheshire Cat collection. This finest quality Beswick Royal Doulton porcelain hand painted & signed nice sized figurine has been stored in a closed cabinet for years. Beautifully designed piece with the Cat sitting on a log with his “famous grin” on his face.

He measures 3-1/2” by 3-1/4”. In excellent “mint” condition. See the bottom for all the hallmarking by Royal Doulton. He is part of a Limited Edition as he was originally sold with an Alice figurine as a pair. Purchased many years ago without Alice and thus the reason I believe his LE number was blanked out on the bottom (see picture). Its hard to find this figure sold by itself if you collect only Cheshire Cats.
