Despite the Qianlong back stamp 1736 - 1795, I would suggest a date between the last quarter of the 19th Century and the first quarter of the 20th Century is the likely origin of this plate.
Profusely hand decorated in the polychrome enamels of the Famille Rose palette the plate is in excellent condition being free of chips, cracks or crazing .
